    Only on 10.2.x OS versions and 10.3.0.1418. 10.3.1.x does not support Flash. Adobe has discontinued development on Flash Player for mobile browsers long time ago. Sorry.

    It will work for most sites, although some will require a newer version. I rarely run into that myself though.
