    Hello I need to know how to access my previous mails in my inbox in the hub . (I have a website and my own email)

    How old? More than 30 days? BlackBerry 10.0 limits this to 30 days as a setting. 10.1 allows longer. What OS version are you using and how old an email are you trying to access? And what is your current setting for email sync (time limit)?

    And with your "own website" email are you able to use IMAP or are you setting it up as POP on BlackBerry 10? Details are needed for folks to help. Thanks.

    i m using 10.1 and it s set up as pop which i think i should convert to imap

    I have not yet set up a POP email service on BB10. Perhaps others will chime in...
