    Hey y'all. First I would like to apologize for my bad English haha. So there are three days I try to solve the problem of blackberry z10 with faulty battery (exclamation mark). I tried everything I saw here in the forum, all the same. But what really worked was to clean the battery contacts with a scalpel, knife, needle or anything sharp that could scratch the contacts. I cleaned up the battery contacts, I put it into my bb z10, I called and it just worked like nothing happened. Do it. Tell me the result!

    glad you figured out the issue. I would never think to scrape at battery contacts with a scalpel but hey. Whatever works.
