    9gag is not working even I restarted the phone so many times... shall I un install and reinstalling it again....

    I used to experience this periodically - it would involve a delete and reinstall of the app to repair. I could stay on top of it by clearing 9gag's cache after a long scrolling session, but I haven't had the issue since 10.3.1.
