Honestly months ago verizon got rid of their unlimited and this is exactly why the representative said they are phasing it out. New technology means more and more data and the carriers simply don't wanna dish out the data without making money off of it.
ever since that data spike from my first post everything has been fine. I no longer trust the email system and as of this moment I'm at 930MB. Not bad considering I used my BlackBerry maps for a few hours (which is awesome to the max). I've also been doing a lot of browser and facebook stuff. Along with messaging new bbm friends.
Sorry for the long post just wanted to update everyone that has thrown ideas this way.
The same day I got my z10 I also migrated to a new plan on T-Mobile which went from 200 to 500 mb and I am having trouble keeping it under that amount. BIS just saved a lot of data it seems. Since 500 is now the same cost as 200, I dont care
this dude isnt alone my z10 blew 1gb of data within 2days after i bought more data from o2 which got squandered i contacted o2 and they are looking into it which is damn weird and freaked me out
Omg stop the presses, this month I used 683mb.... in one day cause I was streaming... upgrade your plans guys, BIS doesn't cut it anymore

BIS (Rogers) cuts it just fine on my Z10.
27 megs in 2 days.
Lots of emails, browsing, maps but no streaming vids or music recently.
I bought a 1gig data plan sim (Iusacell) for use in Mexico in 2 weeks - no bis with that carrier but I just need a hotspot for my laptop when wifi not available.
