    My service provider has issued a 4G Sim. I use BlackBerry Z10, how can I change settings of phone to 4G as the options seen in Mobile network are 2G, 3G and 2G & 3 G? Pls Help...

    You probably have the Z10 STL100-1, and that variant doesn't support 4G.
    The Z10 STL 2,3,4 are the ones that support 4G.

    The STL100-1 was a variant made for countries like India that did not support 4G services at that time.

    You'll need to upgrade your phone in order to use 4G services.

    Yeah I have stl1 in Oz so no 4g fore but it's actually not a big deal. Unless you need 4g speeds for something you won't notice it if anything it's better as the 3g towers are less congested

    @juvelinejt is correct. Did say very vividly. That phone u said is not 4g supported. It's z10 100-1 model.
