I don't know if Bla1ze knows or anyone else but, will the charging port be protected like on my Bold 9900?

Meaning, if you try and insert it the wrong way, will it fit and bust the charging port like on the PlayBook or will it not fit like on the 9900?

I think the only accurate thing about this pic is the form factor. By looking at the device you can see the 4.65".Remember the L series didn't start taking shape til about a couple months ago in terms of final hardware.

The only thing that disappoints me so far is it appears the only mechanism for charging is the USB port.. even the playbook has the rapid charge port, I would really like there to be some way to dock the phone upright to charge, and I don't care for plugging/unplugging all the time..

I love all these pics, but I don't have a Dev device as a basis for comparison. I would love to see a repeat of these pics against the 9900/30 and the 9850/60. That will give me a much better idea on what it will be like, compared to what I am used to.

Looks good for sure, much nicer than we have had in the past. I am definitely excited to try one out in the stores.

I do believe I am more excited about the N-Series though, granted I get away fine with all touch.

It almost looks as if its blurring out the fact that there is some stitched material here. That's all I can come up with.

I've thought it looked like stitched leather in other shots as well but wasn't sure.
