Hi. I restarted my Z10 today, because Firefox does not started correctly, but booting now takes aproximately 30 minutes, and stucks here, now for 2 hours and nothing more happens.

30 minute booting and nothing happens-img_5582.jpg

I recently installed Firefox and Monument Valley (both android apps).
Tried remove and reinsert battery, but nothing changes, phone is stuck at that final stage of booting. What now? Wait more, or what?
    Thanks for answers.

    STL-100-1, 10.2 OS.

You might try to do a restore with BB Link. I hope you have your data/images/pics backed up someplace.

Lots of blackberry Z10 are dying around the world. It's a hardware problem that for sure blackberry knows but does not do nothing. My advice is that if your device is still in warranty contact your carrier and ask for a replacement.

Try hooking it up to BBLink and reload the OS. If it does not work, Power OFF the phone (press/hold the power button). Plug in USB and try bblink again. If that does not work, remove the battery and again try bblink (leaving the battery OUT).

If those fail, visit the OS leak subforum and find an Autoloader that matches the OS you want and the model of the phone. Try again with and then withOUT the battery.

    Good luck

Hi, thanks for answer. Restoring trough bblink not worked, because he wanted first to update Blackberry desktop software, but everytime finished with error. So i loaded 10.3.1052 with autoloader without any problems. Again thanks for your support

Later I noticed, that there is also stable release of10.3, 1418, so I loaded this, but....wtf? So much bugs for me....on the keyboard..... hub after some hours extreme lags...Basic gesture for minimising apps sometimes don't work.....and generally some small touch problems and weird lags and glitches in whole system. Switching back to 10.2., which worked almost perfectly. I don't want to have from my beloved device some Android crap, from whose I runned away after 3 years full of pain.

Some android crap?? You're hilarious! The 10.3.1.1151 OS is definitely the most stable and fluid OS that has been released.

You should start to knowing your BlackBerry.. 1 thing is wipe device before installing...second let it be for half day or 2 before judging the new Rom
