We're both on Telus, phones since march.

The first one the HUB just disappeared on me. I need to reboot the phone to get it back. Has happened 5 times I the last week



The second Z10, almost everyday text messages make the phone freeze and the screen looks like below. It stays all weird for up to 10 minutes then snaps back, or if she reboots the phone it also becomes fine for another few hours


Any ideas???

The first problem with the black empty hub I experienced on my first zed, right before it died.

Hope that doesn't happen to you!

As I've seen with other suggested fixes for 10.2 issues, reloading the OS seems to be the only fix if restarts and patience doesn't work.

I've been having major hub problems too. Upon reset, many times the hub restarts with email settings intact but the emails have disappeared. Not too happy with this OS update.

Try two things. Turn parental control off is they are on. If they are off, toggle then on then back off. Also turn off rotation lock ans then hard reboot. Your text message issue. From the look on the look of the bottom buttons, they are missing the text, ie the phone thinks it's in landscape. I'd also go to text messages, tap and hold on the current date and delete prior. Try some of these and see if anything fixes your problem
