    Is anyone having trouble getting the 2 mb application update to install? Every morning I get the same notification regarding this and each time I attempt to install it, I get "Software Update Interrupted". There seems to be no way to get rid of this notification.

    It's probably just trying to install some vzw app.
    Have you deleted any of the stock apps?

    Go into BBworld, search for Backup Plus Contacts (or go into the vzw apps page) and download that. For some reason it is removing itself from some users phones and not re-downloading with the 2mb update.

    After that, run OS update check and the 2mb should be gone.

    Does this app do anything? It always says I'm scheduled for a bAck up but it never actually backs my contacts up
