I was wiping my 4th z10 in preparation to take back to Verizon when for some reason I decided to set it back up and give it one more try. Since the full security wipe I have had no random reboots and for some reason I have more available memory on average.

I didn't reset via link nor did I restore anything on the device

You returned 3 BlackBerry Z10 smartphones yet bought a fourth. Why? I'm happy you resolved whatever issue plagued your earlier experiences.

Likely some application were you installing was causing it to reboot or you simply have the bad ion when it comes to owning anything electronic.

I had the typical response to side loaded apps or rogue apps...i had none. This seems to have worked. After the wipe I put the exact same apps back on the phone

Just another 24 to go and maybe you're into something! This week I went 4 days without a reboot then for some reason yesterday it rebooted 3 times. No clue why. Today I've had none. Just to say the issue is extremely mysterious, sporadic, and unknown. You may go a week, but it doesn't mean much if the 8th day it reboots 5 times lol.

Thank you for sticking with it and being grown up about it. I know it is frustrating but it's refreshing not hearing temper tantrums and people actually problem solving

Still no reboot.. and i have been hammering the crap out of it and recharging it. The charge over night tonight will be a big test. Yea, the keyboard just blew my mind.. the OS is OK -- they will refine it, but i think being able to bang out a message without having to struggle is awesome. I hear the leak has an even more amazing keyboard -- Geesus!

Last reboot was yesterday at 2:52p

I've suggested trying this, but i dont think anyone with the reboot issue tried it,go Into Your escreen and turn off the sanity monitor ser if that works.

Had my phone for about 3 weeks and only had 4 reboots. I've gone 5 days (the longest yet) without a reboot (just happened this morning). The only difference I can think of was I had it off the charger this time.

    On Verizon...
