So I have a BlackBerry Z10 (STL100-3) and I want to load 10.3 on my phone. This is my daily driver but there have been such good reports. From what I know, there's the SDK, the 10.3.0.296, and a hybrid? Which one would be best? This is my first time loading a leak or hybrid on my Z10, but I used to do it all the time with my 9800.

What do you guys recommend? Thank you so much!

Depends on how "ok" you are with dealing with oddities should they pop up. If you're OK, I'm currently running Z10STL100-3/10.3.0.296 with bars from. 422 and I'm generally happy with it.

Battery life for me was terrible. But I think is getting better.

A slow climb to the top is always more rewarding. Sent using my BlackBerry Z10.

Why do you make it sound as though it's some kind of deadly bug? The watermarks are barely visible sometimes.

I'm using Z10STL100-3/10.3.0.296 and other than small oddities. Mainly with the quick delete in the hub, I'm having no issues. Here's my battery life today. Unplugged at 0602 today, plugged in at 27% at around 1730. Heavier use than typical.

LOL ) the watermarks aren't a bug. They are on early releases and NEVER end up in a final build.

They are common for early releases. Not a glitch, bug, mistake, error or slip up.

It is not a glitch. It is there deliberately and intentionally since it is a alpha/beta OS. The official release when it comes will not have watermarks. Please calm yourself.

I am tempted to go with this 10.3 but wanting to hold out until a more clean release is out. I'm anxious to see how well the battery life is improved. That is what i'm the most excited about.

The OS combination I'm running(see my signature) is pretty nice, a few expected bugs here and there(it's a beta OS after all) but I use it as my daily. The music player is awesome as well as the camera, btw I loaded all the bars from
The SDK which is optional. The android apps that now work are great. I'm enjoying several games I couldn't have before at great speed

OK so it's like this... I did the whole 10.3.0.442 and it sux!!! it's missing a whole bunch of bars files that you have to individually download what bars that are missing and the list that I have checked over not all of them will load so basically don't waist your time I am crying to go back to the leaked 10.2.2...

OK so let me break it down for you
OK it is pretty cool and it is promising when they get it right..

NO
1. Music player/ video player icons.
2. File manager.
3. That search button the middle is dead.
4. Camera
5. calculator
6. compass
7. clock
8. alarm
9. Call log
10. There's annoying numbers down the top sides and bottom sides of the screen

There could be more I have only had it loaded for like 25 hrs...

We were given list of missing files. It's there, not hidden. You chose to load anyway. If you want a closer to complete os10.3, load 296

Also, all dev builds will have the watermarks.

It is advised to do a security wipe immediately after installing the os. Before setting up any applications as this fixes some issues that users have been coming across.

Once again, the 100-1 model will get the os when it is ready. Due to the differences in hardware the os is not compatible.
