Greetings all,

I just recently had to update my Z10 to 10.3.2.556, and now when I unlock/wake the phone, it "auto zooms" and I have to zoom back out to use the device, swipe to the Hub, different screens, etc.

Searching this and other forums, it seems many users had this same issue back in February and March.....and the only "fix" I saw was to disable Magnify Mode.

This really isn't a fix, just disabling the bugged function. I am visually impaired, so I depend on Magnify Mode to use my Z10. Without it, it is far less useful to me.

Does anyone know of an actual fix, or if BlackBerry plane on addressing this issue? Thank you for your help!

i think a fix would take a new OS. wonder why it happens to some and not to others?

How many are using Accessibility Mode?

Maybe someone that is, can let the OP know if one of the newer OS would work better for him. Short of that I'd pick the latest one and install it.
