A survey showed in up beta zone a few weeks ago asking about my z10 and if I wanted to be a part of the beta program. I signed up and today got an update for 10.3.2.440. Should I go for it or does it have any unwanted bugs? I couldn't find a thread so started a new one.

It's a beta. You have the change log there and can read all the known issues with it. What do you think. Should you install it? Are down with the possible noted bugs affecting your device? After all, it's YOUR device.

The download always interrupted and I have tried many times and wasted a lot of bandwidth!
I did through OTA.
After the interruption, download always start from zero rather than from the point where the last download was interrupted.

Maybe you should make this known in the beta zone feedback forums for the os. Not on a public forum.

Thing is, there's a whole "Leaked/Beta OS" forum section if you bothered to look around. The OS you're looking at has several threads about it over there...

And, we generally go by the OS number, while BlackBerry and the carriers go by the Software Release number. So the OS will be called 10.3.2.680 around here. But most thread titles will at least list both numbers.

I took the plunge. It's a really stable os. There were a few lags, especially in the hub, in the first hour or so but now its completely settled, except for the battery drainage. I think it needs 2-3 more days but other than that every thing else is perfect. I would recommend this to everyone

Although I don't share your enthusiasm, I agree. It seems solid, no issues yet, kind of scared that I can't revert to a lower os now but I also don't think I will need to. Now do what beta tester does. Go over the os with a fine tooth comb try everything or focus on a particular task that may have been problematic and test that under pretty much every condition you can think of. Just don't test under water. That would be silly.
