    Horrible experience thus far with 10.3.1. Compared to 10.2.1
    -worse android runtime experience
    -worse call quality
    -call screen glitches
    - my phone started being switched off at 15%

    Want to go back to 10.2.1.

    Can't say I've had any of those problems. And I had 10.3.1 since 821 leaked out last October.

    Shuts down with battery at 15%?

    Must have an STL100-1. If so, that's a known hardware issue that BlackBerry just can't solve.

    Same sh*t here. Had a good working phone but the ota destroyed it. Did a complete security wipe and deleted all the data.

    I have set everything up from scratch, so no backup and restore. It seems to work so far. Android apps aren't crashing and phone isn't glitching anymore. Hope it stays this way.

    One positive thing though, I like the looks of 10.3.

    Wish I had a dollar every time someone with a STL100-1 reports an issue. I could retire tomorrow.
