Hi, those of you, like me, who waited for the official 10.3.1 update and not installed any leaks post your "reviews" of the new OS update, what are the pros and cons that you see. Any features that you think were overlooked or are missing.

I have only been using it for about a day and I think it's a step in the right direction. Still no sequential playback on the video player app, can't help but think the icon design took a page from Samsung's touchwiz. Lots of welcome, and long overdue, camera features......will post more as I use it

So far so good; there are some things I expected from this official os; I installed the official yst, though was using a leak 10.3.1.2072, I expected more from the new official update; for instance ; android runtime on video apps like VLC, Mobo player and mx player still cracks, including instagram videos for android, 2) the boot screen is still not smooth; it only get smooth when It's been touched ; 3) interactive zone ain't dat active, like flip to save power etc, 4) battery seemed good on my previous leak; this official still needs tweaking on the battery power consumption. And I also expected a dark hub; like that of Q10. Cuz I use a z10 phone. So far these are my observations and opinions. Thanks

I haven't used a leak before and didn't know what to expect but so far so good, i'm agree with you concerning the android runtime as well. im still waiting for it to settle so that i can see how the battery life is. wasnt there a rumour about being able to hide files on 10.3.1? i cant seem to find how i can hide them.

The small icons really bother me
My eyesight is not that great and I struggle to read the tiny print. I opened the weather app and it's rendered in pale, washer out colours that are hard to read. Style should not trump functionality.

I, too, wish that they had enlarged the darn fonts. Maybe there was no room for larger fonts.

If they implemented reverse contrast for user preferred apps it would be awesome!!

Some print does look a little tiny... can make it bigger o/c

Overall I'm enjoying the new look

PS - the real gold = how will the battery fare in everyday use.

TBC as its the weekend, hopefully it lasts a little longer come Monday

Everything is going good with the updated os.
Only thing which I noticed is increased battery consumption.
This I am hoping will stabilise as the days pass.

But if that doesn't happen then it's a cause of worry!

Mines stabilised now, and the battery is better than 10.2.1, that power saving mode is excellent considering

This OS is great, fast, faster camera focus, I like the UI its cleaner, browser is faster, battery life is good. But only flickers that's the sad part.

Not had any flickering at all, but the UI can jutter at times which 10.2.1 did of course, but never on the Homescreen, there can be a bit of a jutter if you swipe onto the first page from the Active Frame Views quickly, which is more noticeable than I would like

I updated mine yesterday. I like it very much except for some minor annoyances. Battery life is very bad, hope it will improve over time. The call screen and calendar looks awful.
Other than that it's snappier than before and no problems yet. Hope things get better

Just can't forget it.!

I have also update my Z10 too. I have problems with Internet Tethering via USB Cable. Anyone knows something about that? Maybe I must to setup the BlackBerry Blend on my PC to get that work?

First off I don't like the new look at all. All the don't likes are on my list .The editing circle is ever worse than the old one get rid of it completely . On its stand it it goes to nightmode in portrait not landscape like it should. Whats with the big blue dot at the bottom? This is not a child's toy. This OS has me wondering if they hired the guy who did windows 8 style and graphics. Its that bad. I have been waiting 7 years for BlackBerry to move ahead , but they keep doing this crap. A new OS should be something you see, try and go wow! Not- it will grow on you. When someone says that they agree it 's a fail . I'm going to downgrade. And hold off buying a classic / passport.

What I don't like with the update is:

1. Assistant & Incoming Call Interface is based on BlackBerry QWERTY Devices. The interface looks perfectly fit only for Q10/20, Classic & Passport.

2. I also don't like the List View on Music App. Tile View looks much better for me.

3. Disabling "Hide Action Bar When Scrolling" should also have effect on apps like Music & Assistant. It looks weird were I see 2 blocks on left and right and a circle on the middle. Must have the full horizontal bar when Disabled.

4. The transparent line on my Quick Settings;
