    Hi everyone, I just had an e mail on my Z10 to install this upgrade, but lost the link to do it. Can someone please help me find the link and upgrade my unlocked ATT phone???

    if this is an official upgrade from ATT then you should be able to get it by going to Settings/Software Updates/Check for Updates

    You might be able to follow up: Swipe from Main screen, and select Settings, then check the UPDATE module.

    Don't update via Settings -> Software Update - it's too flaky.
