Not sure if already posted but I'm in Canada on Telus and had the 1767 leak installed. After reading this post I checked and it now shows up as the 415 software version. I didn't update or anything.

It should have already shown the software version when you first installed it. If not immediately, then after the first boot. It was widely reported that the 1767 leak had a software version hence it was speculated that this would be the official 10.2 release. (Also the reason why I loaded this leak and it has worked great ever since.)

I'm afraid not. I've uninstalled the Link software and any BB or Rim drivers then reinstalled repeatedly.
Late on last night I remembered I had an old XP pro Toshiba in a cupboard so I've fired that up and today will try the same thing with that. If that fails I'll put Linux on the old Toshiba and try that. If that all fails and I'll have wasted 2 days of my life I will be giving serious consideration as to whether I keep the Z10.
Its a really nice phone but the driver problem with a PC is driving me mad. And the BBLink software makes Samsung Kies look like an effective and productive bit of software and I didn't think there was anything in the world that could achieve that:-)
as suggested, i changed the codes on sachesi to reflect that of singapore... i clicked download all, sachesi did that but how do i install these files?
Am with M1 for mobile data plan but SingNet for broadband email. Don't have the 10.2 update yet.
I know SingTel restricts emails to 30 days only. I can set emails from Gmail to "forever". (need to delete email accounts and re setup) - used the Advanced feature.
