    Hi I've installed the latest 10.2 and I can send mails and the recipient gets the mail however it's not showing anywhere on the phone that I've sent it.?

    Go to the hub, go to hub settings, display and actions, make sure show sent items is on.

    did you check in your hub settings to make sure the option to show sent email is set to on?

    If you are on a BES server, it depends on how the administrator has set up your mail account. For personal mail, I haven't had the problem. It depends on your setup I think. I'm using gmail and outlook.com in my personal space and I have set up the sync options for inbox and send mail. I'm seeing send mail in the hub from all devices that I have sent mail from on these accounts.

    My mail account "got stuck" once. I could not send at all. I deleted the account and rebooted. I then reinstalled the account paying careful attention to all the options during setup, including checking the advanced settings and ticking all the options I needed. Once reactivated, it worked like a charm.

    Tried deleting And re-installing. Nope still the same.
    Looks like I'm going down to 10.1 :-(

    I've been having the same problem since installing 10.1.0.4181. I wondered if it was the ISP as the sent emails do not appear on their server either. However there is no problem with emails sent from my I-pad so I can only assume it is down to BB.
