I have just got 10.2 but when I now get a call text etc the phone makes no sound and the notifications that are meant to be on the lock screen don't happen cab someone help

Okay for the notifications to appear you have to click on the icon. (if this doesn't work, try a reboot) As to the notification issue, check your sound profiles. Check everything is as was. Sound is on (in the notifications settings), notification profile is set to normal, etc. Hope it works.

I had to enable notifcations on the lock screen in the menu mine was turned off by default after the upgrade I would double check your settings.

*facepalm* lol. I forgot this. But them I kinda assumed they were on. And they simply weren't functioning. Buy yes OP check it's turned on in the settings

Lock screen notifications aren't working for me, and i've had them working on every leak i've run prior to this official update.
No clue what i'm doing wrong here.

Try this:
Swipe from top to get quick options menu. Select notifications. Scroll down to select display settings then turn on lock screen notifications....

Settings/notifications/BBM and make sure the sound is on.

You see where it says notifications in the picture, and under it it says Vibrate only? Drag down your quick settings and check what it says for you.

What happens when you open the BBM app itself? And I read somewhere say that 10.2 wasn't playing nice with BBM channels. Do you have channels installed?
