    So I just installed a 10.2 on my VZW z10 using the Sachesi method. Everything has gone smoothly except adding me email accounts. My regular gmail accounts were added without any problem. I am having trouble with my university email(my most important account). Whenever I go to add it like Ive done with my past devices it says Javascript Alert you are currently not logged in and brings me to my schools website and asks for my info again. After putting in my info a second time it just loads as if I opened my email in the browser. I cant get it in my hub. Please help I am starting to think I should have just stayed in 10.1.

    If you are having an official os you should not have any problem, but I don't know how to recognized is sachesi had official

    Choosing a carrier that has already released. 2 would make it official.

    Have u tried removing the account and adding it back?

    Yea thats exactly what Ive been doing. I totally regret updating now. I tried to reload a backup from a week ago when I was on 10.1 but every time I do it. It just loads 10.2 all over again.

    You can NOT downgrade your OS by restoring a backup.

    After I upgraded to 10.2 on my VZW Z10 I realized after a few days that my university email wasn't updating in the hub, so I thought I'd just remove it and re-add it, but now I can't connect to my account. It is a .edu address, but it's hosted by Gmail and after I enter my address and password it moves to a blank white screen that says "loading google application" and just refreshes that page over and over indefinitely. Eventually I just have to exit out and haven't been able to connect yet.

    If anyone has any advice please help!

    If you log on using the web or some other program, do you get any special prompts? I know there can be a "double" authentication - have you checked those steps. Could the email server be done for some reason?
