Is BlackBerry 10.2 available for the Z10 on AT&T in the U.S. yet? If so, do I update my phone to 10.2. I've checked for the latest available software on my phone and using BlackBerry link.

Some folks have decided not to wait for AT&T. Rather they've downloaded either an Autoloader for the OS version they want or used Sachesi to download and install a OS of their choice. Autloader erases you z10 and adds the new OS. Sachesi can be non-destructive and load the new OS.

I down loaded the 10.2 yesterday via sachesi. Nice changes....dont know how to install snap though....but overall some cool changes...on my Q10

downloaded snap yesterday and along with the upgrade it feels like a new phone all together....very nice

I'm no techie and never sideloaded an app before, but I did get tired of waiting for AT&T's upgrade, so I pulled the trigger on the Sachesi method, got the upgrade then got Snap for the Google Store apps. It's easy thanks to the people here who've posted how-to's. To heck with AT&T.
