    I reboot the phone and it works for a text or two, then stops again. I won't see an unread text until i open the chat itself. All notifications are on. Version STL100-4.

    Related to either corrupt restore or Facebook app issue. Try installing and not restoring and or don't sign into Facebook app until you have zeroed in on the problem

    My sister had same issue. With her vzw z10. She reloaded os and didn't sign into Facebook. Also if you do need fb make sure you have newest update. The hub notifications are getting crossed.
