I used Sachesi method to get the "official" 10.2.1 update today. I used Rogers (Canadian carrier) for the new update. Working good so far and yes I'm on AT&T.

Go try it out for those who are wanting it now.

Are you also using AT&T as carrier or did you put in another SIM? I am having a AT&T Q10 in Europe and as no carriers here have that model (SQN-1) I did never receive any update whatsoever. European Q10 models received theirs on the same carrier.

Might as well go for the Rogers update. I used them for 10.2 and they were super reliable and flawless. AT&T is never worth the wait these days so they can go f--k themselves.

I was goi.g to wait but decided to pull the trigger on the Rodgers release. It's takes some time but is well worth it.

loaded the rogers 10.2.1 on my att z10, and so far everything is working correctly. I was a little hesitant to install it as I was seeing people post issues with the android apps not running.

Downloaded and installed the leaked 10.2.1.1925 over one month ago, then side loaded Snap so that I could access Android apps. Finally I was able to access and use the banking apps needed which never appeared in Blackberry world. They work great and I am happy. By the way, I also side loaded the camera and clock bars from 10.2.1.1259 which are better than those supplied with the leak. Now I have the face focus camera and the Porsche Design Clock back. Both of these are not included with the .1925 update. Also, the leak came with an older radio file (.1899). I was able to find the autoloader file for the .1926 radio file and install that also. Works great with my STL100-3 on AT&T. So, who needs the "official update". Why wait for something that is already available, especially when you can make some custom modifications that make it better.

Are you able to use BBM calls/video over mobile network? How about the Unlimited data customers? I'm running the .1925 leak and can't make bbm calls unless Im on wifi.

No it's 2014 and that date comes from the N4BB.com website. So I don't know how reliable it is. But according to BlackBerry every carrier will release it by the end of February.

I loaded the Rogers update yesterday and haven't had any issues.

That's why I don't understand why people didn't update this way for 10.2. I did it months ago and never had a single issue with it as well as many others. I would be hurting right now if I was still on 10.1 lol. I usually wait for official updates but that wait was too brutal SMH

I've contacted AT&T through a bunch of methods and the only answer I get is "It's undergoing rigorous testing and it will be released when it is ready" - no-one has committed to a date. But given that just about every other carrier in the world has managed to 'test and release' it, I do wonder why it takes AT&T so long. Either their network is way more complicated/fragile than everyone else's so they need to be more thorough in their testing, or their testing process is to complicated/laborious. Either way it doesn't say much for AT&T... Hoping that it will indeed be released on Fen 10th, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just biding my time until I can get off my contract and move to another provider. I've just had enough of AT&T and their lack of support for (if not downright resistance to) BlackBerry.

Well I can tell you Dirk that AT&T has gave set dates in the past and they fail to deliver that is why I said will see. Agreed

Wife is using an unlocked Koodo Z10 on AT&T. I'm using an AT&T Z10 on AT&T. She already received the OTA 10.2.1 upgrade, but not me. Strange considering that she's not using a Canadian SIM card.
