10.2.1: how to reply to phn call by email?

Does anyone how to reply to a phone call by sending a call-you-back *email* instead of a text??

Am having issues with this when getting calls I can't take from known land lines.

I don't think that has been integrated yet.

Can't do it. Best to let it go to voice mail and call back when you can. If they can't be bothered to leave a message it probably wasn't important anyway.

Well, according to the Help section, theres supposed to be an option for email:

"...According to BlackBerry your reply can be sent via SMS, email or BBM..."

If anyone figure it out please do share. Thanks.
