Have noticed recently on new loaded os where all my contacts are linked multiple times without my knowledge, some are delated or merged in other names.
Notes folder had 32 of them to my surprise none of them now

Somebody please help me.......

Contact's I have intouchapp backup but what about notes

When you go to BlackBerry 10 all your notes go to remember app go there, all your contacts will start merging for faster look up, so be patience, if you sync your email account that feature is very helpful

I know notes go to remember but its 1 instead of 33, 3 days back.

Contacts have a huge problem I did get reply on same from intouchapp that 10.2.1.1055 do have such problem.

Can you give expert view on it.

Never had issues with my remember app, what you must check is that sometimes my mistake you put that your note like is a task and it open a box when you close your note. If you push your box note it will get checkmark as ok and disappears.

The best way to backup your remember app for me now is fore chest app.

Also my Hotmail when I flagged and email it get send to my remember app because of the amazing integration.

Also fire chest app for your contacts will be great if you don't have your contacts on your email for sync, that is my setting I set up my email and sync my contacts and that is for me
