Updated device to 10.2.0.424 and now I am unable to set up ActiveSync. When attempting to configure the account, I need to enter domain\username in the username field, but the backslash is not being accepted and the error shown in the attached screenshot is generated. Using a 10.1.xx device, I am able to configure ActiveSync without issues. Anyone else come across this error?

try replacing the DOMAIN\username with your email address in the username an leave the DOMAIN blank [email protected] (or co.uk or whatever your company uses)

Sorry should have mentioned that I had already tried that, but no dice. I get an error pertaining to incorrect username or password. Event viewer also shows incorrect username or password on the server.
