Today was announced that the Z10 will finally be updated to the latest and greatest version 10.1
The question is where will it be released?
We see here in the forms that many Canadian carriers updates are already out and users are currently downloading it and playing around with it but so far we didn't hear a word about the US carriers!
Does anybody know what's the deal and when will the US carriers which includes Verizon, T-Mobile And AT&T update its Z10 to the latest version of 10.1???..

I have no faith that Verizon will release it anytime soon. Very tempted to download the leaked version. That is if I could get BlackBerry Link to actually back-up my phone.

Once again we are dead last...

BlackBerry massed it up again in the US... first with the delayed release of the Z10 Second the delayed release of the Q10 (probably Q5 will follow)

Wait a second... Thorsten is speaking at BlackBerry Jam in ORLANDO right now, correct? Orlando, I believe, is in the U.S. the last time I checked... So he states that 10.1 is available TODAY, but he's only speaking to every country OTHER THAN the U.S.??

Link wouldn't back up my phone. Fortunately on VZW, theres the backup assistant. That will restore your contacts. All apps you downloaded are in BB World, just save whatever media to your SD card or on your comp. Install the leak, and you should be good to go. Thats what I did.
