Kevin already posted a blog article about this on the main page. Considering Canada and the rest of the world didn't get 10.1 till about two weeks after the Q10 launch, I'd give 10.1 about that time after Q10 official roll out begins

Well, after a restart during a phone call with my mom yesterday, my z10 is back in the box and it's not going to be turned on or used again until these carriers here get off their **** and give us the update to fix the restart and 30 day email issues. I don't care about leaks because they are not the solution and/or support we have paid for with the purchase of this product.

I hoping maybe to sell my z10 and get the Q10 on June 5th when it's supposed to be released here because it has 10.1 installed it. Brilliant move Blackberry, let these **** carriers release a new product with an updated OS when you haven't even fixed the z10 you sold us two months ago, brilliant customer support move, brilliant.

To TC: I installed the leaked OS 10.1.2009 and installed Skype. It is still very 'beta' so don't get too excited

The only positive news fron BB lately has been that BBM for IOS and Android will be released this summer so if the updates don't work, I can get the IOS version and reconnect to my BBM Groups which I will miss dearly.

It hurts to give up on the z10 but nothing lately from the Carriers and/or Blackberry has told me a fix is on the way, just empty promisses and finger pointing at each other. In the end, who gets hosed, the consumer who is left with a bad taste in their mouth.
