I already posted this but any niggles try a full system restore with Link. Back all the stuff up first. I had trouble with certain features and a restore got it working. Obviously it people's choice but it worked for me.

As for EE. When it comes to updates I will be putting my O2 sim in to it.

I'm sure this may well be a good option if there are a few issues as it seemed a fairly big update.
Plenty of time for a play first though.
Nice to see BlackBerry Protect got a restore option now,just need backup added

Ok this is what I see on mine :/

You'll have to delete the account and set it up again. When you've entered your password, press Advanced at the bottom, scroll down and change the days to 90.

I reckon that's why iOS does it as standard on massive updates. Wipe the slate clean and start fresh. I keep backups anyway so it's no real issue for me.

Still no update on Three, phone says its upto date, but BlackBerry Link says there's a update available (10.0.10.90) which I already have! I've not removed any of the pre-installed software! Strange!

I don't think updates ever go smoothly. You are always bound to find some people have issues where others don't. Even Windows updates go wrong and need a roll back. As do other consumer devices. Some of the things I have seen people complain about are valid while others are just plain silly.

And EE are still the worse for updates.

Well from the op not getting updates on other networks in the UK on kinder glad I got my z10 on Vodafone.(although a 20% discount and 12 month contract was a big reason).....although why it's down to the networks I don't know.

Nope, keep checking on three uk but nothing. I was going to ring them but although I like their 3G network their customer service dept it usually enough to ruin my day. Maybe grab a voda sim when in tesco but don't see why we should have to, mine is unlock for all networks but sounds like it still checks with provider.
