So it seems like I should Wipe and try installing the 10.1 again. I don't know how I can go from 10.0 using only 4.2GB to 10.1 using 8.1. That is without installing anything else. Just installing the 10.1. I mean everything seems to work fine, except the fact that I am using twice the data.

Didn't the BlackBerry PlayBook suffer a similar problem after an update at one point? The new software was downloaded before installing and subsequently failed to delete the downloaded package.

I don't remember that ever happening with MY PlayBook. That's not to say it didn't happen to others though.

Report the findings... it would be interesting to see if that returns to normal for you. Seems strange all the "other data" issues people are reporting. Although yours is not quite the same issue since it jumped upon installing the leaked OS. Sounds like your other data was normal before.
