Have not updated yet. Is there a generally accepted most stable version? So many releases ... it doesn't seem as easy to get a feel for the best releases as it used to be

Do you already have 10.1 or are you in the U.S. and waiting for an official 10.1 to drop? In any event, having read through the threads myself, it's clear that if you want the optimum experience you should do the following (to be safe).

0. BACKUP your device. If there are photos / music / vids etc that you want to put back on the phone, copy them to a temporary folder on your desktop. IE. Don't restore the backup at first.
1. Reload the OS autoloader
2. Do a security wipe
3. Manually update all account settings.

.1880 has been the most stable for me all the way around

From the reviews both .1880 and .2342 look good. For me .2009 was terrible with poor battery life and many reboots. Read the reviews and pick one that looks good.

Loaded 2342 this morning. Compared to 2009, 1880 and 1762 it has the smoothest transitions and is generating the least heat. Only about 7 hours running so I expect it to even improve further.

My 100-3 was most unhappy with 2342 and much better on 2354 so far. Others may have different experience.

2354 has been great. It's an official release in some region.

Personally, .2354 is latest and greatest. Orange Romania seems to think so.
