It must be some problem with your carrier or how you use your phone because my Z10 doesn't need to reboot.

Not sure, but my guess is English is not the OP's native language. That may be why the post doesn't make much sense.

It may be that while the OP was waiting to move from the original 10.0 until he downloaded the 10.2.0 that there was in total 17 reboots. That is giving the benefit of the doubt.

In total since I have owned my Z10, I had one random reboot. I have had my AT&T device since June 2013.

I never reboot mine too. I only do when I want a fast charge in standby mode or when I take out my sim card. Other than that I never reboot.

You had to restart your iPhone 2 times a day and you're S4 not once? First time I hear that

Also 17 times? Care to explain why it forces you to reboot? Does it crash, hang or do something weird?

I find that when 1 person has issues with multiple devices, it's usually safe to assume it's not the devices and it's the user. #justsaying

He probably doesn't know how to close an app and can't find a home button so he restart the phone every time he wants to open a different app.

I'm impressed by the people who have never needed to reboot theirs.

I've had to reboot mine multiple times. But most of the time it's a REG-99 WiFi calling error which in my knowledge is only fixable by reboot. The phone works fine but it will never connect to WiFi calling (which I need at home) so I just do a reboot.

I've also gotten MEP locked randomly and a reboot fixes that. (I've been randomly MEP locked according to my phone about 5 times since I've gotten my Z10 5 or so months ago).

Backup, wipe, test before restoring. Probably a bunch of crap apps.

I reboot mine once a day. Keeps file remnants and partially open apps from killing the battery and hogging physical memory

Huh! I'm going to keep that in mind as it sounds like a good housekeeping method.

The only reboot I do is a reboot that I intend to do. I schedule my reboot to once a day, usually in the middle of the night so I wake up to a freshly started phone with no file remnants or partially opened apps. Other than that, my phone has never 'forced' me to reboot at all.

I suggest you wipe your phone, reload the OS, and slowly add your apps and testing your phone along the way. There must be an app / glitch causing this...

How odd, I've gone as long as 2 weeks without my phone having a reboot. After that i rebooted because of some lame texting error that never repeated again

Only time I ever have to reboot is when I leave the camera open (and inactive) too long. Phone works fine, but the camera freezes and won't work, then when I close it and reopen it says that the camera can not open. Rebooting fixes it until I leave the camera open again. Only bug I have on 10.2.1 leak on At&t.

Maybe the termal paste on the processor is gone from the heat (thermal paste keeps the processor cool in the phone just like a PC)

re applying should fix this issue (heat problem, and if the phone gets to hot it reboots just like a pc does )

Actually, thermal paste acts like a bond between the cpu die and the heat sink. If you just put thermal paste on a chip and don't have anything on the other end of it to help with heat dissipation, you are going to have a bad day.
