    When I launch BlackBerry World I get only apps and games, but not music or videos/movies.

    When I disable mobile networks and GPS, and connect to work WiFi (which has German ISP) I see music

    I'm in Czech Republic using O2

    Is it mobile network related? or music and/or videos are made available in countries of BlackBerry choice?

    It depends on what country you are in. In Your case, you'll see it pop up because you use the German ISP at work, which is a supported country.
    In the Caribbean you can't buy any music or movies, but I've been to Colombia last month and there I had the music section available for me to use. So it just depends on the country you are located in and if it's supported by 7Digital, which is the provider of that content for BlackBerry.
