    Passport given for service, sim card not detected, ten days over and still they want 4weeks to determine its a hardware or software problem, just six months old phone......

    why is this under BlackBerry World? It's your carrier who is performing the service??? Call your repair place and tell them you are unhappy. It doesn't help you get the Passport any faster to complain to us.

    Passport naturally has bad reception. At least in my opinion. But she's right. Wrong section plus we're not digital River.
