From 00:00 on the 1st of April every time I try to access BBW from BBOS, it send the following message:
Blackberrry World is not currently available in your country. Visit Blackberry.com/appworld for updates.
(method that does not work either because it redirects to the Blackberry app)

The message appears when trying to download any app and trying to access My World.
I have tested from several devices with OS 7.1, with several IDs and the result is the same.
I have also tried from BB10 on BBQ5 and from here I can download applications, except for payment apps in which there is no action to click on pay app.
I have heard about the BBW transformation on this date but I am not aware of whether this problem is temporary in BBOS and how BBW will finally be.

I have the same problem (UK). I did once get an onscreen message saying they were doing maintenance but otherwise as above. A message on the BB World site would be helpful.

Same here in Poland. On my Torch 9810 with OS 7.1.

It's not a problem - this was something that BB announced that it was going to do as part of the obsoleting of BB10.

I don’t remember that BlackBerry annouced something like that. But does it mean that AppWorld won’t work on OS 7.1? And it’s completly dead?

On my Torch AppWorld is working. It started just a couple minutes ago.

That's because you CANNOT buy anything from BBW as of April 1, 2018.

The only way is if the app has a link to the dev's PayPal account or to a dedicated website with an external payment function set up by the dev.
