    I downloaded one video no problem but when I tried to download a second video it goes to around 4MB and then stops and says that the video has expired. It then goes back to the rental screen so when I try to repurchase it tells me I have already purchased this. Does anyone have a solution?

    Contact BlackBerry support.

    Also, make sure your on WiFi and you have enough open space for the rental.

    I had the same problem. Contacted AT&T, they couldn't fix the problem but credited my account.
