    Hi,

My dad has a blackberry 9900 on which I am trying to install WhatsApp. However whenever I go into "App World" it tells me that i need to install the current version. I've installed the desktop manager and clicked on Device - Update but it doesnt show up any new version available.

What should I do now ?

    Hi Neha1984
It's asking you to update App World, not the device software.
It actually normally pops up with an option to download the update and then redirects to a browser page.
But all the same, if you are not getting that, from the device, go to http://www.blackberryappworld.com/
    Follow the on screen prompts.
This should ask you to update your App World.
Once that's complete open App World and try to download WhatsApp again
