    I Have an Blackberry Q5 SQR100-2, and i've updated it this week, and since then i can't download or update an app on Blackberry World. I've tried wipe the OS, and no good.

    Anyone know what this is about?

    Which OS version did you update to? Is it safe to assume you rebooted your phone after the update(s)?

    I've updated it from the last release from 10.3.1, but i don't know the build.

    Type myver plus a space into any text field with your phone, to see which OS version you have. :-)

    The "myver" command didin't work, but i found this and i hope that helped.

    Model: SQR100-2

    Perfect. Your OS is up to date. Assuming you have no other issues with the phone's software, here are a few things to try:

    In Blackberry World (BBW), swipe down from the top and go to Settings, then General. Tap "Refresh Blackberry World". Important: This will clear out any active and pending downloads, and close the BBW app. Then re-open BBW and see if you can download a free app. If not....

    Go to Network & Data Limits. Turn the Wi-Fi setting off if you are not connected to wifi when you are trying to download apps, and turn the "download large items over mobile network" on, if you are trying to download something without wifi. (Be careful to watch your plan's data limits though.)

    Also in Settings, go to Payment Options and make sure you have a payment option set up there. You'll have to log in with your Blackberry ID for this.

    Let me know if any of that helps!

    Have you tried re-installing your OS? BBW is part of the OS- perhaps something went wrong with the update install.

    I had a similar issue where download failed and it kept asking me to check my network connection... it eventually went away.

    I have had to delete the appworld icon and reinstall it about 3 times on my bold 9790, i dont know if that would affect BB10.
