If you INTEND to use ur unlocked cell phone in NY, Verizon, att is good.

T-Mobile All the way, specially if you are visiting New York City not just New York state.

T-Mobile is less congested and provides much better speed than both Verizon, Sprint and ATT.
Also, the plus point is the price. Much much better price.

Probably T-Mobile because the speeds their are faster than Sprint, Verizon, and ATT.
