Express and Remember

It seems that no development or bug fixes are being done on things like these, which is understandable as they were concepts from the previous management. Why don't BlackBerry outsource these and allow someone to charge for them ? I would like to see fixes to Remember task duplication and non-deletion and some new features in express.

Remember is tremendously improved in 10.3.1...
As for Express - this is shame, because app has a lot of potential.
