So I've been bookmarking some music and movies that I had planned to return to and possibly purchase but I don't know where to view what I've bookmarked or if it's even being bookmarked...is there a was to check this or if the bookmark feature in BBWorld is just there for show. I'm using a Z30 on for Verizon...don't know if that matters or not.

I tried that...all I have is My App&Games, My Music, and My Videos. It just shows what I've purchased and when I go in more if just has clear recently viewed.

Click on one of the selections you listed and at the bottom of the next screen you will see your bookmarks.

I just tried it again with music and it shows my bookmark at the bottom of the page just after recently viewed.
Let's try this, what phone and software do you have? Maybe that will help. Also, make sure you have bookmarked something. I'm sure you have but, I've seen odder things....

OK. I was on my Z10 but I just checked on my Z30, same as yours, it does work so, we need to find out why it's not working for you.
Try this, go to settings and then app manager them Devise monitor. Select filter by name. Long press on BlackBerry World and a menu will come up on the right. Hit the kill button and exit. Restart ur phone. Then, open BlackBerry World and see if it works now.

I am very sorry, I have done all I know. I do know it works but someone with more experience than me will need to take over from here.
The last I can offer is, try to delete the app and reload. Sometimes when an app is loaded it can have a small error. I hope this works for u!!!

People I have a problem plz help so I have the blackberry Z10 10 OS installed and I rent this movie. Called "we steals secrets " and I press download and the movie start downloading but then stops and say that an error occurred that I need to buy the item again.. what can I do?
