    Is it normal for BlackBerry to deduct from credit card when adding credit card. Is it just for verification and deducted amount will be back or it just went to BlackBerry.. it deducted 100₹ (Indian Rupees) when I added credit card in payment..

    No, I just added payment option in BlackBerry world settings payment options..

    No I dont think there is any policy like that because I have been using ios appstore and google playstore too but never saw anything like that..

    I got amount back.. it was reversed by BlackBerry.. looks like a verification process for adding a new card..
