    Hi, thanks for the replies.. I've found the problem, I'm from the uk and UK sim (Vodafone in the Z30 and O2 in Passport) and am currently in Spain. I don't use mobile data roaming as I'm on wifi all the time. If i turn the mobile network off the Appworld now loads, turn mobile network back on and the appworld won't load. Don't know if anyone knows why?

    Same here, same problem. Tried Passport, Q10 and Z10 Also on vodafone UK & Ireland SIMs, currently in Ireland.

    Maybe try taking sim out, restart the phone? otherwise i can't help. Sorry

    I wiped 2 unlocked phones (passport and z10) and started again, it's still the same. I am currently asking blackberry help to investigate. It all started on Friday.

    thank you very much, this triggered it to work. It was as if it was crashed at the server end. I had a brand new install, no SIM, unlocked over wifi and it still wouldn't work. This thing triggered something. BB help were useless, why didn't they suggest this? They kept saying "contact your carrier", I bought it from BB Shop, I don't have a carrier FFS.

    Didn't work for me on Vodafone IE. I've been in touch with their "BlackBerry support" for other stuff, which consists of some lad complaining about the weather (it's Ireland after all) and having me follow common sense instructions such as "reset your phone" and "reload your OS". In the end they told me to bring the phone to the shop and have it replaced. When I requested that they put me through BB Support in the US all I could manage to get was a number but they said they couldn't provide a case number or anything so I was on my own having to pay for support. Sometimes I wonder why is it that I stick to BlackBerry... but omg I hate Android so much...

    its working for me, but just. Its as if its slow, or there is a bottle neck, sometimes i need to close it and reopen it as it appears to hang. I have a Vodafone Ireland data SIM data, but like I said I tried it with no SIM, used vodafone house internet WIFI and also my company's corporate internet, so it was not a mobile carrier for me. It's like part of the BB server is dragging so slow.

    Worringly, BlackBerry seem to be clueless... they said no issues had been reported and directed me to the useless BlackBerry support section of my carrier (Vodafone IE). Still behaving weirdly for me.
