    The update for the blackberry world is frozen on installation. I can't stop or pause the installation. I tried also from settings to Refresh BlackBerry world and it didn't work.
    I have the latest OS update 10.2.1.537

    Any ideas ?

    I've been having an issue. I get a network connection error telling me the app must close, but it works the second time. FYI I'm using a Z10 with the 10.1 OS.
