    I'm trying to update apps on my Z10 from Verizon but it gives me bout exceeds mobile download. What does that mean. Memory showing I have plenty space available on my device and on my memory card

    "bout"? Are you downloading on WiFi or the network? Do you have a data cap? Some large files may not download while roaming or over the network, depending on your settings. Try again when on WiFi. I'm sorry but I can't find that setting at the moment. You can tweet @BlackBerryHelp or search these forums for more info.
