Yes, there are a few.

I was not happy with most of them, but one that showed promise was problematic for me at a time when I was stuck on an old OS version with poor Android app support, and their app is an Android app ported to BlackBerry World.

They have updated it since then and the Android runtime in BB10 has improved greatly, so you may want to try it:

Otherwise, I'm looking at various Android apps, including one called "Time Boss". Haven't finished reviewing yet.
