    I bought a verizon blackberry tour, unlocked it, and am using it with AT&T. I purchased a blackberry plan for it with AT&T and everything is working except the browser. Every time I attempt to use the browser, I get an error stating that there is no entry in the service books, and that I should contact my service provider.

    After numerous calls, AT&T tells me there isnt anything they can do. I was therefore wondering if any of you have any ideas as to what I can do to get the browser to work.

    But have you verified that the browser service books are present?

    You need to load the ATT service books. The same way you load them for the storm you load them on the tour.

    If you search the threads on CB there should be a backup of someone's service books for your carrier.

    Still need a backup of those service books in order to restore the browser.
