    Hi everyone,

    2 days ago I recently unlocked my pearl 9100 from telus to bell.. everything has been working fine until this morning my internet/bbm just stopped working? now its telling me it cant connect to the internet but ive been using it up till this morning just fine..

    whats going on? can anyone give me a solution? maybe i need to register my new imei with bell?

    Try going to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table and press Menu/Register Now. Hopefully that helps.

    ive tried that .. nothing.. do i need to register my imei with bell? and when i check my apn it still says bb.telus.com?

    Are you still receiving emails? If not, log into you BIS account and re-send your service books to your phone. If you can't log in then call Bell and make sure nothing was changed on their end
