Hi, I recently placed an order to obtain 2 codes for my BB 9700. I got an email back saying to obtain some more info and send it back but I am unable to run "berrylogger" program on mine and my friends computers.

Could you please help me out? Is there anything else I can do? Is there any more up to date software that I could use to get that info.

I would really appreciate your prompt reply.

    Thank You
I too ran into the same problem because I am using windows 7, but was able to get around it by using this link. I wasn't sure if it was the same information, but the cell unlock guys let me know it was.

    Hope it works

    Hey Everyone,
It seems to take a little longer then expected, we get the 1st codes instantly, but we are only waiting on the 2nd codes (Service Provider Lock)

Do you submit / get them in batches, or individually?
As in, should I expect my code before someone who submitted theirs later then myself, or will they all come in at the same set time (and if there is any way to know from the carrier whe nthat will be?)

    Thanks for the update

We submit them as they come in. Yesterday we tested 5 units and got them back within a couple of hours. Now it's taken a little longer, probably because we are submitting a lot of them. We will keep you guys posted.

hi , i have ordered the network unlock code and entered it successfully with no problem, but there is an additional lock (service provider). I also have the code for that lock but when i enter it into the phone it says code error.

My phone is the Blackberry 9700 Bold from Bell.
    Anyone have any ideas??

The company i received the MEP code from says that its the correct code.

    thanks from the help

No it's not...yesterday they were fine releasing the SP codes and today they are playing tough as if they were interested in getting into the unlock business. We are waiting on updates from other sources (RIM..) and will be updating everyone as soon as we know.

With discount it's $29.99.....and are near impossible to get. If you call Bell they charge $75 for the code.

It's going to be a while. Nobody is really getting the code. Thing is, it's only with Bell devices.

So you're saying had I purchased the Rogers-branded 9700 instead, I'd have an unlock code by now... lulz.
